The elder of the West Vale pack, Lilo is one of the founding tokotas of their family. Having been the mate of the now late founder, Lilo finds herself in a position of leadership she had not ever imagined having. Least of which so late in her life. Lilo is a soft-hearted, mellow-tempered individual whom lacks anything resembling a fighter's backbone. Passive-to-a-fault is perhaps the better way to define the blind female, but she views such as a compliment rather than a character flaw. In her words, there are more than enough high-tempered, flighty pups around her to make up for her lacking.
