Though she is the Alpha of a large pack, she is found wandering more often than not, her eyes locked on some distant secret as she absentmindedly avoids danger at every turn. Her silver eyes are more often seen as a milky white from a distance, occasionally even appearing to glow. Her preoccupation with whatever it is only she can see should lead her into trouble, but more often than not she is left alone, save for the companions she picks up along the way. She often travels with a rag-tag pack of animals, many of which come and go as they please. Now and then a young Tokota will also join her on her journeys, and when that happens Ionela turns into a hugely protective mama bear.
