Matt showed up out of the blue a few months ago after a severe stormed pasted through Tokotna. Due to his handpaints and approachable behavior, it appears as if he may have been a previously tamed Tokota. No one knows how he ended up in the wilderness. He is easily spooked, especially by loud noises and quick movements, but is more than eager to approach anyone with some sort of snack. Due to an escalation of agression from other wild Tokotas towards him, the TCA has decided to open him up for taming.
