Before Taming:

This guy's personality is pretty mysterious, as no one ever gets close enough to get to know him. He takes to the snow like he's part of it and hides very easily.

After Taming: It takes some time for Atiqtalaaq to learn to trust people. He prefers to avoid strangers, and stays close to his handlers and a couple of his trusted pack-mates. Despite his blindness, heis quite capable of looking after himself; however, he still prefers to stay within the territory he knows, where he has an extra advantage. He is very emotionally intelligent, and can recognise when someone around him is worried or upset. He will try to offer his support where he can; if it is somebody with whom he is not as familiar, he will alert a fellow tokota that the person needs reassurance.
