Bred in captivity by an illegal trafficking ring, he was rescued as a young pup during a bust and released into the care of well reputed foster agency. Things ended up not working out with the first home he stayed in, but he's lived with his current caretakers for the past eight months and is well on the road to being fully adopted. He still often shows bouts of agression, but is overall adapting well.
