There's plenty to say about Jacob John, but the fact he's thievish and dominating is just the tip of the iceberg. That's without even stating he's also agonizing, cold and careless, but at least they only show in smaller doses and mixed with behaviors of being observant as well. But focus on his as this is what he's often despised. There's no sugar coating the effects caused because of this and his shallowness, as sad of a reality as this may be. Fair is fair though, Jacob does gave some redeeming qualities. He's punctual and hardworking among true friends, it isn't all doom and gloom. Unfortunately his dominating nature is almost ever present and ready to sour the mood.
