Garrus is an intelligent tokota with a strong sense of justice, almost so to a fault. Sometimes he comes of as hotheaded and quick to action, especially when it is about something he feels strongly about. Most of the time he sees the World in black and white, and has a hard time seeing the gray areas. When he do think about these he often need help to sort them through with someone he really trusts. Although he is also most often the first one to crack a joke about a situation, often well thought out and teasing. Is overall a stable individual, with few dips.
