Espo, based off of the character in the TV show Castle of the same name, can come off as a bit of a macho man. More muscle than brain, a bit pompous, more than a little short-tempered... But if you allow yourself to see past that he is a really sweet, loving individual. He is unconditionally loyal, and it takes a lot for him to believe anything bad about someone he loves. He will argue their case for them long after everyone else had given up. Unfortunately often he is a little awkward, particularly in relationships, so he tends to stay on his own or with family.
