Appitsak was taken in as a pup by a family living high in the Kanqisat Mountains. He is a playful, friendly tokota who is keen to join in with everything that is happening around him. He can be quite a handful, but has the best of intentions! His human family often play host to travelling tourists; Appitsak loves greeting them and playing tour-guide. He also enjoys sliding down snowy banks, and attempting to sneak up on mountain hares.

A messy eater with a tendency to step in muddy puddles, he tends to find himself in the bath rather more frequently than he would like. However, he puts up with the indignity of washing, if it means he can go out and get mucky again tomorrow.
