An eternal puppy, at least most people that have met Echo said that. She's very small for a standard-build Tokota, and even her ears remind everyone of shepherd puppies. Echo's moves are sometimes a little clumsy, like she'd forgot how to walk - or like she's still learning that. She also has troubles with concentrating on the environment which boosts her clumsiness.
