Extremely timid, yet highly intelligent. Roo takes a long time to warm up to others, but is an unfailingly loyal companion once he's awarded someone his trust. He has never uttered anything louder than a whine in his entire life. He's so quiet that he often will startle his handler by coming up behind them without making a sound. Despite his lack of confidence, his witty nature gives him a mischievous sense of humor, and while it's unlikely that he would set up his own pranks, he won't hold back his amusement when he watches someone fall victim to a harmless trick.
