Maverick is hard to control. He's jumpy due to being deaf, and was often used as a bait dog for fights when he wasn't forced into small stables. Despite being a bait dog, he's proven himself to be quite the fighter, lashing out at anything or anyone who dares to come too close- TCA staff haven't even been able to calm him down enough to bathe him since they picked him up. He's half blind, and food aggressive. He has a very raspy, throttled snarl due to his last neck injury.
