Big, stupid, and more than a little mean, Chaz is the cause of most of the inter-tokota strife around the AAA Kennels. It’s not entirely his fault, having come from from an abusive home previously, but he’s been a bit resistant to some of Aylwin’s rehabilitation strategies. He’s prone to biting before he thinks, which has put him at odds with some of the other tokotas, most notably Cyrus, who still bears a grudge - and the scars - from from their introduction. Blondie, however, adores him and follows him everywhere. 

Aylwin still has hope for the dire, which is why he’s been allowed to stay despite the incident with Cyrus and despite Aym’s urging to find somewhere else for him.
