INTRODUCTION
This lady here is Clover! She's a rather simple tundra with unimpressive colors, but she's a well bred working line toko! Standing at a fairly hefty 16 hh, she's got that inherent luckiness that seems to pop up in some lines, and animals are drawn to her out in the field! She's got a soft mouth, so she does less damage to the game and the pelts and fishes catch more money at the bank! With some training, she's got raw potential as a sledder, too!
And just look at those green eyes! She's so cute!
BEHAVIOR
She's very nice! Strong working drive and eager to please. She can be a bit of a handful and probably wouldn't be a good prospect for any riding lessons. She snorts and puts up a fight when the shedding blade comes out every year, and she'll spook to pieces over snakes on the trail! She's a dominant female around other tokotas and demands respect from her rider.
Be careful when you're girthing her. She likes to kick and nip every now and again.
Her favorite treats are meat, and also sweet potatoes! (How cute is that?!)

I have made a dreadful mistake.
It was a nice day out. I decided to take Clover and Wish out for a light hack together. I saddled Clover up and bridled Wish to lead her behind me. She spooked terribly. The experience seemed to evoke a memory, and before I could do anything, she was hauling over the estate fence and into the wilds. I searched and called for her for hours. The TCA and a few locals came out to help me look, but nobody's been able to find any sign of her.
I've been crying and holding Clover all night. Wish seemed so calm, so level. I should have known better than to have been so confident in her training.
I'm gonna head out with a search party and look again tomorrow. I hope she can take care of herself.
Our newest tokota has arrived! She's the first of our foundation stock to make it to CEK. Registered as Phantom Heart of Clover, her call name is just Clover. She came out of the trailer well and we led her to her new paddock. She's so sweet. Oh, gods, she's so sweet. I love her already.
