Phantom is completely blind. She's the kindest of the tokotas at TCA, and despite her always trying to be as scary as she can be, Phantom falls short. She's too sweet, loving, and cuddly to even think about trying to intimidate even the tiniest flea. However, that doesn't mean she's scared; if startled, she will start blindly biting at whatever is closest, whether that be another tokota, a handler, or a wall.
