Gin is head strong and viciously loyal to his rider/handler. Seemingly unaware of his size he likes to head "bump" things to show his affection, usually knocking the wind out the his unsuspecting victims. His favorite method while hunting (with or without his rider) is to stalk and get as close as possible then bolt tackle his prey at high speeds to take them down. He also hates wearing a halter when ridden, so his handler uses only a saddle and holds on for dear life when he goes.
