Left tusk broken. A good boy, protects those unable to fight. Gets cold easily, so he keeps a handmade shawl and cloth around his neck for warmth! Due to his short fur, he gets cold very easily and often has The Shivers. Therefore, his handler fashioned him a set of cloths and shawls that are kept wrapped around his neck. Generally, Calcifer is good-natured but suffers from bouts of spite and malice, typically targeted at wrong-doers. He has fought battles against individuals who hurt innocent victims, and Calcifer unleashes fury to protect them. A former duel resulted in the loss of one of his tusks, and previous fights have resulted in the scars that mark his skin. He has a tendency to be cunning, though never manipulative. Despite his negative tendencies, he is good-hearted and only wants to do what's right.

He loves plushies and tends to collect and hoard them.

Handler Meeting:

Calcifer accidentally stumbled upon her home during one of his travels. The encounter was odd and bewildering, however she healed a wound on him. He went on his way with a thanks and for a long period never encountered her again. Until one day he encountered her again, in the same manner though this time in a different location. And for some time a pattern of similar, random encounters occured until one day they decided that they were meant to meet each other. Calcifer is not "owned" by his handler, and comes and goes as he pleases. She fashions clothes and items for him, provides food, and heals his wounds when he comes "home" for his visits. Calcifer acts as her protector and guardian during his stays, sleeping outside of the home that is too small for him. He is also her friend, running errands for her in far-away territories and returning with berries, food, cloths, and other essential items and gifts.
