Sterk is a mighty warrior. He has learned from the best, and knows tricks to take down even mighty beasts that cause other tokotas to tremble in fear with a single, well-placed blow. But he is not proud of his skills - on the contrary, even with all of his skill, it is never enough. Even with all his skill and knowledge he concentrates only on improving, so that he might one day be the best hunter in the world, able to defeat any opponent. He does this not to be a fearsome hunter, but to protect those under his care - when one is hunting with Sterk, they never have to worry about being safe. He only takes the lead when necessary, otherwise letting the other, more charismatic types to carry on the show.
