Algernon is quiet and good-natured, and although he isn't terribly athletic, he is very smart, and thoughtful. He enjoys hunting methods that involve more strategy and cunning, and learns quickly. He tends to be less affectionate than most Tokotas but when well-treated will respond somewhat. In some cases Algernon can be difficult to handle at times, though this is mostly due to him stubborn and obstinate, rather than aggressive.
