Irritated by humans and anything small alike Kankuro is quick to bristle his fur and move away. Not one to throw hands for needless fighting he is a somewhat lazy individual, preffering to spend days lazing in the sun over doing actual work. 

Dispite his seemingly lax and carefree personality he will jump quick into fights to protect his youngest sibling, finally friendship. More than once he has show his couragous (and bullheadded-ness) jumping to defend his red coated brother. He knows no fear, other than his sister and bug, quickly scaring hunters and those of sort out of the territories they live in. 

Unlike most thick coated beings Kankuro really doesn't mind the heat. He can travel days in the blaing sun but only hours in the cold
