Her previous handler was the world-traveling type, so she's seen a good chunk of what the world has to offer, in both the normal and abnormal ways, so if you ask... she probably has an answer if she isn't feeling snarky at the moment. You'd expect someone like her to be serene and worldly, alas... she's more spunky and quips back at any chance she can get. She can get kind of annoying with how snippy and sassy she is, but she means well at heart. Plus, she's almost always right, so who are you to try and correct her on the things she knows are fact? She received her name from her old handler who noticed that she liked to take care of fish.
