No one is quite sure where this little guy came from, but the local village has told rumor of this toki saving a man's life during the last town festival, as lightning struck a tree branch he had been standing under when this toki waved the man over. Coincidentally, that is also where the tokota ended up getting the ribbon and large bell caught around his neck, trying to run away from the crash that ensued. While TCA can neither confirm nor deny this, they have tagged him for taming.
