Altair's a friendly and cheerful Tokota who, despite being extremely smart and intelligent, rarely uses her brain. She lives in the snowy mountains of an enchanted forest with her best friend ( and crush ) Portia, who has tried to make a move far too many times and has simply learned to live with the fact that Altair's too dense to notice she likes her back. They usually spend their days going to the nearest settlements to help others and make a living, but they stay home from time to time to rest, and sometimes go down to the forest to meet with the other creatures that inhabit it. Altair's the kind of Tokota that would climb a roof to set a record on 'most time spent on a roof' but would instead set one for 'most bones broken from a single fall'.
