Dependable | Considerate | Stubborn
Togo takes pride in keeping to his word and promises because he likes for his word to actually mean something; to have a value. When he says he will be there or that he would do something, he makes dang certain that it is done in a timely fashion. It helps him stay orangized despite his living quarters to occasionally appearing in disarray. 

He is always one to put others feelings before his own. Lots of thought goes into his actions and conversations as to not offend or case any negative emotions for those around him. And preferring to take a neutral stance in any debates unless it is absolutely nescessary, which often even in those times, it is like pulling teeth. Togo's usually quiet in group gatherings unless directly spoken to, but he will welcome any initiated conversation with open paws. 

Once his mind is set on doing something, it is nearly impossible to discourage him from doing it. Even if he knows the task at hand may be outside of his capabilites and the risks could outweight the rewards. Notably, his stubborn strike seems to only apply to his actions while his thoughts tend to be much more fluid.
