In her first home, Rossie was often neglected by her owner who, being extremely paranoid (but somewhat justified) would avoid interaction with her due to an ever present feeling of 'being judged'. She got her name because her expression always seems to be that of a philosopher; ever thinking, ever questioning. Due to her previous interactions Rosseau is very hesitant, and you'll have to ask her a few times to execute a given command. In reality she's very easy going and gentle though, if you can get past her stare.
