One of the most battle-hardened Tokotas you'll ever meet. Barney is serious, stoic, and extremely lethal when it comes to fighting. Many have tried to overpower him, but they almost always end up defeated. If you get on his bad side, you're in a world of trouble. Barney is no stranger to vengeance, and will take action when necessary.

Despite his tough personality and overall aura, he is morally good deep down. He seeks out justice when his family has been wronged, and will turn back into a war zone when all hell breaks loose to save an innocent life. During leisure time, he usually kicks back with his buddies and enjoys a good joke here and there. His loyalty spurs from all the hardships he has endured, making sure to keep everything in line so things run smoothly. 

Due to Barney's extraordinary strength and stamina, he is often times sought out by his handler to ward off intruders or help with the chaos that ensues at the TRC.
