Playful and sassy, Ligeia always finds a way to prance right into trouble, and then finagle her way out again--usually getting her brother caught in the process. She is also sly, able to convince other Tokos to do what she wants them to and then avoiding suspicion from their handlers with her perfectly crafted 'innocent' facade. She is also a huge flirt, and enjoys hanging around with males more than females to inspire jealousy. In particualr, she loves to find out if two Tokotas already like each other but haven't said it, then hang around the male until the other female is so enraged she tries to run Liza off and reveals her feelings in the process. She is always with her partner in crime, Sophus.
