Cecilia is the most affectionate pain in the butt you'll ever see. Loves her pack members, though it takes a while to win her over with new acquaintances. Not really reserved, just snappy when she doesn't know the other. Tends to play awful rough and pushes other tokotas and handlers around if she feels like she can get away with it. Really only listens to one handler- her own (and even then only when she feels like it). Not the smartest Tokota around, but sweet and protective, and despite her shenanigans she has her heart in the right place.
