It's easy to assume that Bernadetta is a doormat with how soft spoken she is. It's easy to assume she's weak, with how much care she takes of her fur. Not a threat.
Bernadetta's about as much a doormat as a live bear is a rug. While she'd prefer to avoid confrontation if at all possible, she's not at all against using her bulk and brawn to remind folks what they're dealing with - a skilled hunter and a canny tactician.
