Headstrong and territorial, this tokota will test your every limit. Blizzard is often mistook for a wild tokota due to his refusal to wear tack, and his flightly nature to all humans other than his handler. Rough grown and free-spirited, his handler even has trouble keeping him in check. Rather than "owning" Blizzard, toko and handler have a partnership based on mutual respect and understanding. Blizzard is not into huge crowds, human or Tokota and rather be alone or with his handler. This tokota also is very territorial over anything he considers his and does not like sharing what-so-ever.
