Niyol, who's name means 'wind', is a very interesting guy. From time to time he can be moody, and every now and then, the boy is suprisingly gentle. Usually, however, he is a pretty friendly boy, with a lot of intelligence. Niyol loves playing and is a pretty goofy Tokota, because of this, more often than not, he is normally dirty when one sees him, and from time to time, if the mood strikes him, he'll use his dirtiness to get his friends filthy as well.
