Heaven is a chaotic, fiesty gal with a mean streak that persisted from her youth. For a long time she has been wanting to evade responsibility and had no respect for authority figures, and was almost pleased to vex anyone of higher hierarchy. She would also start fights with anyone that tried to rein her in, finding it a threat to her personal freedom of.. expression.

However, after becoming a mother at the start of her adulthood, she would mellow out and take her responsibilities more seriously after fooling around. It was hard for her at first, but she grew to absolutely love and care for her children no matter what. She doesn't have very strong feelings for the fathers of the pups, unfortunately.
