Tony is a, sarcastic and un-serious Toko with his behavior towards women verging on chauvinistic although he can tone it down some he chooses not to. He has a habit of flirting with every women he meets, he also has no understanding of personal boundaries whatsoever. Despite Tony's childlike behavior, there are times where he can take things seriously and act tough.
