Rocco is nearly feral. He's unpredictable, has his good and bad days, and protects his home with a ferocity that borders on devilish. The Tokotas he shares space with are his back and he is a steady helper in hunting, fishing, and anything else that requires him. This animal does not handle strangers well, his behavior instantly becoming hostile, and he actually wears a muzzle when he's out and about to prevent any biting of humans or maiming of other animals. Despite his wild nature, Rocco is fairly tolerant of children petting him so long as they don't want out of his line of sight without first making their intentions known.
