Rogio is a tokota that mostly likes to keep to himself. Strong and silent, he chooses who he trusts VERY carefully. If you so happen to become friends with him, you'll know you have a friend for life. For some odd reason, his favorite thing is to "help" with paints, mostly to just play with it and purposely get a lot of it on himself. No one knows how or why he's into that sort of thing, but that's the only time you'll ever see his playful side is when you leave out a can of paint.
