Dali is, in every sense of the word, eccentric. He likes to be the star, the center of attention, the "main act", if you will; he's a goof-off with his head in the clouds. With a flair for the flambouyant, Dali is a difficult tokota to be around for long periods of time. Overwhelming curiosity and an imaginative desire to create usually get this tokota into trouble, and it's fairly rare to find him without some kind of mess in his fur. Despite it all, though, he'd fight through fire and flame to keep his friends safe, and gets his greatest joy in spreading happiness wherever he goes.
