Born to Ian 1934 and Autumn Fog 3551 in the late fall. As a result of irresponsible breeding, Rowtag's behavioral, mental, and health issues were quickly noticed. His sister suffered many similar problems. In his early life as a pup he sometimes showed aggression towards his sister, and the two were separated into different stables. Rowtag was sent to a trainer to see if his aggression could be curbed, but he only became worse. It was impossible to handle him without the aid of muzzles, sedatives, and catchpoles. Rowtag was rarely shown any affection, and only knew negative reinforcement for several years. As a result of the rough handling Rowtag became fear aggressive towards humans, and aggressive towards tokotas when in close quarters. His trainer gave up on him, and instead let him run loose in the wild. In the present day, Rowtag is a handful to say the least. He is incredibly narcissistic, and foul tempered. Rowtag must be worked around, not with, for there to be any kind of positive gain for anyone. He suffers from multiple behavioral problems as a result of his inbreeding. He may snap with little to no warning, often at innocent targets. Rowtag is impulsive, but if he finds a cause that he deems worthy of his time it is impossible to persuade him otherwise. Despite his flaws Rowtag is actually a lonely soul; he craves affection yet doesn't know how to ask for it. If a bond is present Rowtag is quite easy to manipulate and even control. He can be quite humble and polite on very rare occasions if he finds it necessary. Rowtag's aggression is often directed towards humans and tokotas alike, but he tolerates those of his own species more than he does humanity.
