Much like her father, Vaela is happy to watch from a distance before taking any action. Being taller than most other Tokotas due to her Dire heritage, she is always concerned that her larger size will harm others. However that does not stop this determind female from engaging in combat! Especially hunting. She is very agile, considering her size, and has very powerful paws and teeth. In relation to her handler, she is protective and very loyal. She allows no other to mount her without her handler's consent, as she is generally quite fearful of humans she does not know. With other Tokotas she can seem aloof and quiet as she does not trust easily. But once she opens her heart, any Tokota to cross her path is a firm friend. She absolutely loves small creatures, and prefers to hunt big game, as she may otherwise start to play with smaller creatures, treating them like pups. She can be surprisingly gentle considering her size.
