Not only does Sputnik look like an overgrown Old English Sheepdog, he has a tendency to act like one too. His somewhat goofy and hyperactive demeanour pairs well with his innate capability to love everything and everyone. This boy was born to live the farm life, with a strong ability to herd. This ability has unintended consequences such as herding unaccompanied children, and the occasional pack of deer. His role in Gian’s flock is mainly organizing and keeping everyone together while Anouk is allowed to concern herself more with guarding.
