Rafael can be described as the "tall, dark, and handsome" type. He is often quite aloof and silent, but he also knows exactly what to say and when to say it. Sometimes he can come off as quite cocky, and his 'ladies man' attitude in these instances tend to get on the nerves of his male packmates but attracts the attention of the females. He has no interest in leadership, although he can and will take the lead in his alphas place should he ever be needed. All in all he prefers to keep to himself, and inside he has a strong sense of respect and honor. He is very quick to discipline anyone who would dare break pack rules, be they male or female.
