Born in the wild, Korin grew up to hate humans. He was always being tracked and had escaped being captured many times due to his rare pelt color. Korin became swift and cunning like his mother, learning how to manipulate and defend himself against the hunters. It wasn't until the rest of his family decided to approach humans and integrate themselves into 'domesticated' standards of living that he finally allowed someone to approach him without attacking. He's still very skittish and unfriendly, but as long as his main rider is around he usually doesn't bite.
