Aged and stern, Gloria is a noble animal, usually quiet but very observant. She's got a knack for the art of escape, opening doors and latches with ease and leaping fences despite her growing stiffness, but wherever it is she's headed off to she always comes back. Gentle scratches in the soft patch behind her ears can get her to drop her 'sagely old dog' demeanour, if only for a moment.
