Masa is a brave soul, with neither pack nor handler to look after her, she is very careful and cunning, as she needs to be to stay out of danger. She has never been interested in joining a wild pack, or join with a domesticated pack and have a handler, though humans/humanoids/handlers do not scare her, they are more of a curiosity, and one she knows to be wary of. Many have tried to tame her wild heart but she always escapes using her intelligence and observation skills to get away right under their noses. She can be brainless sometimes, however, which is why she usually ends up in situations where someone is attempting to catch her. She is not a very good hunter and barely scrapes by getting the food she needs.
