A bit of a throwback from Vladimir, his grandfather, Ci shares much of his personality. He loves to be around people and be ridden, and being groomed is his absolute favorite thing. He isn't aggressive towards anything besides what he is supposed to be, and doesn't mind other Tokota's company. Extremely goofy and playful, he loves attention and fishing.
