As her first nickname suggests, Rukina was found by Link and his handler Samora on a cold, silent winter's night, abandoned and tied to a tree, and still with tack on. There was no sign of her previous owner anywhere near the scene, so after searching and calling to no answer, Samora decided to bring her home. As a result of her neglect and abandonment, Ruki is quite shy and timid towards strangers. However, also because of her mistreatment, she can also turn quite aggressive and snap if provoked. She might seem passive at first, but you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of this one.
