Gaster is certainly a very closed off tokota. He doesn't talk a lot but he does insert a few comments here and there. He's not easily offended or scared. He's very gentle and kind to those younger than him. Gaster also has a very uncanny way of telling whether or not someone, human or tokota, is feeling miserable or depressed even if they show no signs of it on the exterior. He also says a lot of creepy things.
