Sociable. Budapest carries what appears to be an air of superiority, but tends to disprove that with his more submissive nature. He is very tolerant of other tokotas playing roughly with him, but never has the nerve to dish it out unless he is truly suffering. He is very fond of his handler and would do anything he could to protect her, as he's been with her since birth. While he is exuberantly trusting in her, he is cautious around commands from others and will be stubborn and arguementative with other handlers.
