Lore:
Alouttapochi was once a normal beast, flitting about the old civilizations watching men with interest. Over time the small creature began to lust over the shiny things that went into the temples and waited patiently for his own moment to sneak into the stone halls. There, Allou found mounds of treasures offered to a massive and silent statue with large stone eyes and protruding fangs. The little beast dashed about the treasures, pouring over them in glee as the silly men had gathered a trove ripe for the picking with no guard beyond a lifeless stone beast. He spent the night going over as much as he could before picking up a round white ball; it was beautiful with a light seemingly all its own. His eyes were glued to the perfectly round, cold object. He turned it in his paws over and over until the light peered through the temple's doorway. Panicked, the little Allou shoved the ball in his mouth and dashed out the door into the jungle before the men could find the thief that had crept in. The moment his feet touched the boundary of stones that ringed the great temple, a voice boomed within his ears. It roared in a tone he didn't understand as a pain seared through his body. The small beast threw his paws over his head and buckled. His body twisted, stretched, and burned until it had become only a reflection of what he was before. He spat out the ball and the voice became clear, pulsing from the white aura. 'You, audacious creature, have stolen my bones and are now my vassal. You will repay the worth of what you stole tenfold or be cast into the hells to repay with your flesh until I am satiated.'
Cursed by a greater dark spirit, Allouttapochi spends his days resting in the old ruins and his nights stealing from jungle visitors. He snags anything that seems valuable for the temple hoard in hopes that one day he can pay his debt and be free from his curse. Anything of interest that isn't shiny, he takes for himself and hides away in a separate nook to play with later. It is said if you can grab the white bone ball that Allou carries, he will cry, cry some more, and eventually return the items he stole from you.
