If you travel through Bristleback Ridge on a moonlit night, you may catch a glimpse of this spirit. The silent guardian dwells in the Celestial Glade, basking in the night-blooming flowers. The feral cat colony frequents the meadow, and it is not unusual to find many lounging around the spirit. Locals consider them her messengers and treat them kindly to curry her favor.
On the nights of a full moon, Ceruluna will ascend to the crest of the ridge and howl at the moon. Surrounded by a cloud of mist and moonlight, Ceruluna's crescent-shaped crown glows with a light that reveals the true nature of all she looks upon.
Sightings of Ceruluna are said to mean that a werewolf is near... or that someone is about to become one.
