Description:

The Research Station is in one of the more remote locations of Fosbir. So deep into the Outback in fact that many think that the location of the Station is a myth and it does not exist. However, it is real and well known to those in the scientific world. After all, more animals are found deep in the dark, unexpected places, than anywhere else on land. Scientists are often beyond ecstatic to be stationed here due to the limitless possibilities of all that exists here. Everything is high tech, however, despite being so far from true civilization. The Research Station is often home to only scientists who are rugged and those who are challenged when it comes to social interaction. But those that come here typically develop strong friendships, after all, everything is bigger in the Outback… that includes the levels of danger here.

Landmarks:

• The South Boundary - A large gorge through the landscape runs alongside the Research Station, often known as ‘the South boundary’ simply for the fact that it is impossible to climb or get across, unless there are any daredevils about.

Lore:

It is said that the Research Station was founded by throwing a dart on the map and just picking the spot within a 25 mile radius of the pin. No one can really make sense of the location that was chosen for the Station otherwise.
